About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and independent architect with 5–10 years of experience in architecture and design. You will work in an international team developing hotel and hospitality projects in Stockholm, in close collaboration with our partner.

The role involves working through multiple stages – from early concepts and design studies to detailed design, visualization, and coordination. We are looking for someone with strong design skills and a good understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of construction projects.

We prefer candidates with experience in residential and hotel projects, renovations, interior architecture, and working in international project environments. Experience in sustainable architecture and contact with clients and consultants is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Master’s degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture and design
• Experience working through the entire design process, from early sketches and visualizations to building permits and construction documents
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and other disciplines
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, residential, renovation, or interior projects
• Experience in international projects or multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of D5, Enscape, or similar visualization software
• Interest in materials, details, and spatial design

Previous projects should demonstrate strong design capability and technical understanding across multiple project phases.
